Extremely happy with Ark Heating & Cooling after having our HVAC system serviced. Communications both before and during their visit to our house was top notch. The work done was timely and professional. We are very pleased with the staff and service they provide. We even per-scheduled our next appointment with them for next spring. We could not be happier and are grateful to find someone we can trust.

Tyler and Ed just left after installing our new AC and Furnace. We could not be happier. They were very professional and dedicated to making everything go smoothly. Both are very knowledgeable and never too busy to answer any question that you have. And Samantha, what can said about a lady that is on vacation and sitting the airport waiting for a plane to Florida but still finds time to set up your install appointment date. These people are amazing. If you need service on your heating or cooling and you do not call these people, you are wasting your time and money. Thank You, ARK Heating & Cooling!!!

Absolutely satisfied. I thought it would be the usual, " be there between 8a.m. and 6p.m. " you get from so many service calls. They were so punctual and kept me informed of the time they'd be here that I could actually plan my day. Very informative on the problem with my air-conditioning and procedure to fix it, that I felt totally comfortable with the outcome. Didn't realize they have a 2 season service program that I'll definitely be purchasing. Couldn't be more pleased with the tech that came. Thanks Justin for the quick repair.

Outstanding service from a very courteous and professional technician. Service call appointment was confirmed by a follow-up email notification, technician called when he was in route and not only did he show up on time as expected, he was quite polite and informative on exactly what was being done to fix the broken unit. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them back to schedule a maintenance program going forward, primarily based on the technician who was representing the company!

ARK installed a brand new heating and cooling system a couple years ago and I couldn’t be more happy with their service! Whenever they come out to do preventive maintenance every spring and fall they are honest and do a great job keeping the system running at its peak. 10/10 customer service!

Our experience with Ark Heating and Cooling was positive from beginning to end! They were professional, friendly, speedy and able to deliver us good news! Hopefully we won’t have (anytime soon at least) to but if we do need another service call we won’t think twice before giving them a call!

We recently had new HVAC system put in our home by ARK. It was a pleasant experience all the way through. We were without air on some of the hottest days but they loaned us 2 window units, installed, until they were able to install the permanent heating, air and humidifier. Justin, Samantha, Randy and Tyler all took very good care of us. I highly recommend this company. We give them the full 5 stars.

I highly recommend Ark Heating and Cooling! My phone call was returned quickly. I didn't have to wait half a day to hear back. Justin came out promptly and repaired our AC unit. He was excellent! Very knowledgeable and effecient. He even had to come back on Saturday morning to finish the job. We will definitely be calling them again for any repairs or replacement! Thank you!

My furnace died early this morning - Sunday, New Year's Eve 2017. I called all of the "big names" in the HVAC service industry in the greater KC metro area and got zip/zilch/nada from them. They wouldn't send someone without first purchasing up-front a service contract (due to it being a holiday weekend). Even my local small business provider didn't return my call! Fortune smiled upon me, though: My mom knows a gal who knows a gal who knows Ark Heating & Cooling's owner and not only did they treat me with respect, promise to be there to look at the furnace TODAY, but they also didn't try to push their service contract on me as a condition of receiving service. THAT is good business right there, friends.

I was so impressed that I asked about a service contract. It suited my needs and so I signed up for one.

My overall bill tonight was still less (by a wide margin) than what the "big name" providers in the city demanded as a precondition to even sending a technician to the house.

Can't say in words how completely PLEASED I am with Ark Heating & Cooling!
